The question is ultimately going to come down to this decision. Is do you believe over the next decade to two decades to three decades that these property prices will increase in value consistent with what they've done over the last 20, 30 or 40 years? Now, we don't know the assets. We don't know whereabouts. But if we're looking at the past performance, we've got a fairly good idea that's evidence-based that suggests that those properties will appreciate over time and you'll be thankful in 20 or 30 years time.
