The Role of Roberts in the Voting Rights Act

The Supreme Court has been very aggressive in narrowing the scope and applicability of the Voting Rights Act. This is not a trend that the Roberts court started, but I do think it's fair to say that it has accelerated under Roberts. The other conservative justice who's known to have kind of institutionalist leanings was also involved with this case.
