The court has not enjoined the act from going into so it is in effect right now and will remain in effect while this is being appealed. The amendment essentially preserve the status quo in california. So you can see why, even though, you know, if you are pro gig economy workers and pro the ability of folks who drive for uber and lift to be able to unionize, which i think our listeners are. You would want this law to be enjoined. It's not going to be enjoining, but we are going to follow it. And it inevitably will wind up in the california supreme court.
