Hagen: Agile is such a different way of working. If you do it properly, that it's probably very threatening to a lot of people status in the hierarchy. He did leadership training for a bank at one stage and everyone in this release who managed over 200 people had to come along with one day here from Pete conversation. As a leader, I just walk around and say, Hey, I'm looking for impediments point me to an impediment to solve for you.
