How Do You Balance Long Term and Short Term Research?

i really love the idea of people co creating how they work, and i'm really passionate about that. How do you get the right backlog of learning questions and prioritize them right if you aren't on the right road yet? And cause it does balance long term and short term research rit inevitably to get on that right road. So i think that the i use a kind of, i use a device that's, i don't know, maybe some one say it's kind of negative,. but i just try to say, like, what, what do we want to make sure happens? And what do we wants to prevent happening? This is like an activity. I do it.
