The Differences Between Eastern and Western Education

I want to add something about my own learning just to finish off this episode of spoken about the differences between this Eastern and Western view. I think virtues are important for me but perhaps I wouldn't have put it as a central emphasis of everything that really the ultimate aim is to transform myself into someone who's virtuous. When I'm learning something I need to put in lots and lots of effort and goodness knows what the outcome will be because that's not even under my control so all I have to do is put in the effort.
