The title of the book is the men can't be saved. I think there seems to be like, and that's a Kafka's theme as well,. His Jewishness is deeply tied up in his relationship to his father, who he hates. And so what does that redemption arc look like? Is something that I'm curious about. That, you know, I don't know how directly that ties into genocidal impulses.
