The mortgage market for UK buyers across Europe is really challenging right now. So getting yourself a good deal is critical to this strategy. BRR is where you buy it, refurb it but then instead of selling it you refinance it and hopefully get a lot of the money that you put in back out again. While we believe the market creates opportunity right now and it's not as bad as people are making out certainly today doesn't mean it's a guarantee.
