The Importance of Baptism
The waters didn't make him holy, but he made the waters holy. Jesus wasn't baptized because he needed it; when he was baptized, he brought the holiness. He saw the heavens opened and the spirit descending upon him like a dove. This is what the father does every time you approach him in prayer. It's one of those moments in scripture that I often personally pray with."
