There's going to be a lot of domains that aren't being accounted for by OpenAI. There's probably a lot of social problems that we just simply don't know about in the American context. And our ethicists, because we're only engaging asmall slice of people devoted to a small slice of problem, aren't going to be swatting those issues. Now, the question is how do we approach this problem?

How will GPT4 change the world? How will US-China 'racing dynamics' play out and what are the implications for AI safety?
