Field hockey umpire Steve Horgan recalls one of his most memorable games. He was assigned to a match between India and Pakistan in the 96th Summer Olympics. One Pakistani player got hit so hard that he developed a cut under his shin guards. The game ended with an official giving him a green card for over-aggressive play.
