The younger you are, the lesslike sort of like global influence you can have on a team. James jones is doing agd job because he's being left alone. Most of the son's bad decisions have been influenced by unsteadiness with ownership. I would assume most people would be able to subjugate their own ego when they play defence for a team. But inconsistency in terms of what you're asked to do and what you'll promise isn't necessarily going to happen.
