i think we made a pretty strong argument for making an explicit stakeholder map. If youif that name creeps you out, just give it a different nameve herelationship mapo and make the dark merrer inside the organization a tangible. One of the circle members always makes sure she notes down, like, ok, how am i going to approach the next conversation? A, what am I going to focus on next time? And she kind of documents that right away before,. Like, even a week goes by and you forget things. So so again, the habit and the discipline of kind of using that youre creating these living documents are really geared towards and hopefully linked to your kind
