The Importance of Listening to Your Body
When you learn to listen to your body and what it's asking for then it becomes very clear when your body has this intuitive Message to tell you because those signals get louder. As an exercise try to lean into these tiny tiny Nudges that your body gives you of what it wants to do like there's nothing more annoying than when you Knew something and you had the instinct and you silenced it. It's a lot easier to listen to or notice an Instinctive feeling in retrospect.
