Agile - A New Perspective for Product Development

i often joke that when i landed in lincoln financial, which is a hundred and ten year old insurance company, i knew i had gone back in time. You know, i was working with technical folks, just trying to get data, realizing that they were working on systems that my dad had developed in the late ties and seventies. That's not where we're at. And so having a role that evolved, i think, gave me a unique perspective and all the different ways that we can and should be relevant to that product process.
