The Reliability of Introspection

This is really, it's making me think about what is the fundamental nature of reality? Is it mental or is it physical? Yeah. Or I suppose we were actually talking about this a little bit too. How do you define physical and should we even title this video like are you purely mental or purely non-mental or I don't know. Might be a false dichotomy. What happens here is there's an emphasis on scientific inquiry that emphasizes your empirical senses like seeing, touching, tasting, these senses.
