The Consequences of Crime
When crime was at 1975 to 1985 levels, it was actually not saying that all the policing was right or there wasn't some you know, horrible racist policing. The prison rates then were around 200 per 100,000 people now they're around 500 and somewhere in between those two rates seems appropriate. But that's what I thought Leon was saying and I got to say I disagreed with it.
