People are pretty good about knowing the type of person they are and compensating for it. Rob says that people tend to find a caffeine or a coffee consumption habit that fits them their physiology. But then when it comes to food and exercise, people are terrible at self moderating. Being more mindful with our work on this podcast will help us all get better sleep.
