I was urging the administration, back in march or april of last year, that they had better get their act together on evacuations and refugee resettlement. And it felt like there was a kind of bureaucratic paralysis. But i don't want to let them off the hook. I do think that, you know, there am, this was a am there was a really shameful element to this.
