The Role of Exercise in Maintaining Bone Strength

When we looked at that review, I was pretty let's say staggered by the holes, the gaps, the amount of research that we couldn't really locate or find. So then you really need to be trying to maintain what bone you've got or trying to at least prevent the rate of loss over time. There is a little bit for the pre-menopausal women and young adult men, but yeah, lots of gaps and very unclear about how best to exercise in those age groups.
