It May Be Lonely at the Top, but It Sucks in the Middle

There is a quote that I heard some years ago, and I don't know who it's attributed to. It may be lonely at the top, but it sucks in the middle. If you're responsible for people in the middle, don't let it suck for them. There's no more assured development than self development. Think about how can I move to other businesses within that corporation by being proactive.
