Britain Needs an Immediate What?

I think things have reached such that you can tell the sort of depth of the chaos and the unprecedented nature of the circumstances in which we find ourselves by the fact that Kia Stama told a joke, and people laughed. I feel like just somebody with a sword, a medieval mythical king with no idea about running water or Twitter has to be worth a shot. Anyone else want to attempt to answer the question?
