The Diversity and Inclusion Journey
We shape Tech was set up as a nonprofit are still is a non-profit Association today. We had our first event of reshaped tech in in March 2016. And our goal was to pull up hundred women in Tech at our event and we we both website hundred women in Tech where every woman who was at our event was photographed with a statement what diversity is, why this is a business imperative right and wrong caseare so much visibility because we had so much content to share and everyone was sharing. I would even say and That Was Then the beginning of of the whole diversity and inclusion Journey for my personal diversity and inclusion Journey dead.
