The Newsy: MetLife Increased Their Dividend 4%
MetLife raised their dividend 4%. That's their 11th straight year of raising dividend payouts. Raytheon on April 24th, raised their dividend 7.3%. IBM raised their dividend 0.6%. And did you know they have an A minus rated balance sheet? Otis elevator ticker OTIS. They're payout by 17%. And it's still only a 1.58% dividend yield currently. But that's solid man. What's a solid man is that the opposite of the straw man. So I had thought about investing in Otis and I didn't because of the little the little itty bitty, tiny teeny dividend yield.
