Is it good for people to blackmail one another? Or is it better for people to take a binary approach and either decide that this is something awful that it needs to be made public, or just shut up and go about their business. Well, there are the benefits of blackmail and of gossip. But i'm not that much of a pragmatist, nor of litarian. I'm much more of a da ontologist. A look at what are the rights, and i ask, is it a right's violation to gossip? And no. And then is it aright's violation to offer silence for a fee?"
