SaaS - What Makes a Founder Insane?

Sally Kohn: What makes a founder insane in a good way instead of a bad way? They just have an insane desire to build a multi-billion dollar business no matter what it takes and that's their mission in life. If you're not going for a unicorn no matter what ends up happening I can't make any money so I'm out, she says. You tend to prefer SaaS companies with a much higher value per customer that than much smaller ones like Spotify or Apple music. She said her investment thesis on all my investments is "I'll help you find great VPs for these roles sales marketing customer success and even products sometimes"
