The Problems of Homelessness

I just don't think the default should be destroying everything they have and putting them in jail. There's also like fires happen in these encampments because of, uh, improperly handled propane stoves and stuff. I can't quite wrap my head around the kind of person who thinks that criminalizing homelessness is a good idea. Like, what life have you led where you don't have bad events?
