There are right now two markets, I'll say maybe three that I personally am interested in. One of them you already knocked on earlier, but Louisville, that's that's a no go. You've got to be an expert who knew what to look for and understood those four finding things: keys or whatever, a column, location, design to core quality and value ads. It's not something you just easily pick up with practice. So experienced investors, yes, who know the area very well, can quickly identify and they know what works and what doesn't work.
