How Do People Respond to Having One Price Point?

We decided to charge one price for one tier, and just make it a bit of a higher price. So we got lot of complaints, and that was really stressful for us. We sent out this emal two days before when we were gong to launch it. That'skind of how i've always done it,. And ultimately we decided to add a second teer that included a bunch lask content. Am just a sort of try nd make people happy. Because with everything i've launched, i've always gotten back lash about pricing. There's always a couple of people who n an, but most of the response you get from like that, that pricing information.
