The Floor of an F1 Car

The St. Lawrence River is not cluttered with boats like you see in Monaco. You cannot drop an anchor in that to swift. There weren't really any docks or places to pour to pull in or stop. It was very much like a passageway, like a transportation. And I think if there was an area for boats to pull up, you would basically have to watch it on TV from your boat and you just be hearing the sounds.
