Canadian Jobs Data - Is That What We Should Be Targeting?
C.B. Benjamin towel: There was actually a report out this week from C.I.B. that the Canadian government's targeting 485,000 new permanent residents. He says that number hit about 850,000 people last year in 2022. And you know, he says by his calculations, I mean, that could hit a million people in 2023. So it's going to be interesting because we're setting ourselves up if we continue down this course over the next over the next four or five years of pulling in a million people a year and development slows,. You're going to have a continued housing housing crisis.
