It's Taked 20 Years to Break Through
The idea of psychological safety is getting so much attraction, but it's got to be put in a broader context. I was constantly trying to understand what makes organizations as effective and learning oriented and ile as they can possibly be. And one answer to that broad question is through ongoing, very effective teeming. So i i spent a lot of time trying to describe and understand what allows people team up effectively and get complex and especially new things done. It wasn't easy at the beginning. One doesn't expect to get a sort of global, real world recognition for scholarly work very often. Not getting it wasn't a disappointment.
