Listening With Intent

i love hearing people talk about themselves, to share their story, a i find people fascinating. I think where my kind of anxietyr or trying to get used to being uncomfortable, is like, well, when do i speak, and what do i say? And i want to keep this conversation going, and i want to make it interesting. So that's something that has been a challenge for me as have this urge to speak right away.
