Donald Trump's Legal Team's Proposal to Keep Sensitive Information Under Wraps
Judge Tanya Chukkin allowed Donald Trump and his legal team to send in their concept of how this should work. She referenced the Supreme Court's 1966 ruling that found Sam Shepard, who was convicted of murdering his pregnant wife, did not have a fair trial because of a quote carnival atmosphere surrounding his case. So she agreed with the proposed order from Trump's legal team who argue that only sensitive information should be kept under wraps. The judge also accepted prosecutors request that Trump's lawyers review any notes he takes about sensitive material.
