How to Prioritize Your Email

An article on reclaim.ai talked about how people fall into what they're calling the urgency trap. This is really the Eisenhower matrix. It's the things that are both urgent and important. And we want to do those things first. Then we move over to the one next door, which is important, but not urgent. We need to schedule that. So maybe we're not doing it immediately, but it has to be in our plans.
