There's a powerful force in the mind that comes masquerading as love, but which actually obstructs and hinders it. The confusion of these two states of love and desire has enormous implications for our relationships and for how we live our lives. We can sometimes see even in the practice of loving kindness itself, these two forces becoming intermingled.
