Russia has a lot of pan-seer and tor and SA-17 and older Tunguskas. Small UAVs are not going to go that far because of just the ability to store power, whether it's electric batteries or small gas-powered engines. If you want something to go a long way, even if it's quite slow, it will generally have to be quite big. So yeah, there are definitely options there, but it's not as easy as sort of some of the enthusiasts for the transformative power of UAV swarms make it sound.
