I can understand that you didn't know how expensive Munich was and how the salary was in Munich. I mean, as a company, for sure, it's not the best thing to give you the minimum salary you're asking for. But if you want to have a well-functioning team, you should pay fairly. And then you either lose them or you end up paying them what they deserve.
