Exercise During Pregnancy Is a Good Thing
Exercise is very interesting, because exercise get you into shape. You want to be in shape when you can have to push, ou have to push your baby out. A big, healthy baby is good and a mam in shape is a good thing. Being in shape also translates into you being able to rehabilitate yourself back into shame when you're done.
