As you get older, you have a vast amount of experience to call upon. The amazing thing about getting older is hopefully learning that you are not the centre of the univers. My expectations are lower in a great way, partially out of just having had more rejection. I'm wary of someone being better than me at what i do,. At the same time, why not share the knowledge that i have? And i'm not going to be here forever. So share the stuff, pass it on till the next generation.
