How to Give Honest and Complete Feedback to Strangers
i'm really bad at these interviews, and i'd like to get better. So i said, i'll interview you if you want. He was like, ya, let's do it. I treated him just like i would treat a candidate in a system design interview. And then at the end, we got to do something that i never get to do with candidates - give honest and complete feedback. It takes so much time to give good feedback to strangers. Find a practice partner and do that with an audience. In my experience, if you practise just doing it with only yourself in the room, i think you don't give it your whole heart.
