Emergency Medicine - What's the Time Zone?

If you don't even start to think about this stuff until after rounds, late morning, you're starting to open the door for it to not happen at all. The times say, before 11 o'clock may be noon. This is a time where it's great opportunity for some emergency patient to come out of the o r and surprise admission to come from the e d. Don't expect anything to happen here except bad stuff. And hopefully you see that while there are different windows of time here, by enlarge, the best ime is always the earliest time within this diurnal schedule.
