A lot of it is just being able to anticipate something that's going to happen and then taking care, like taking action on that. Like the easy example I came up with was like a living situation. So in college, we were in a dorm and the next year, we're going to go to an apartment. Well, so many people were like, Oh, I'm moving to an apartment in August. And then they look in June and everything is filled. That yeah, that's fantastic. These have advice.
