In the 19 sixties to te covert operation, theyt iinclude a few hundred people. The first operation where you start having mas a large number of soldiers is angola 19 70. According to cuban law, every one has the duty to defend the country in cube. If you are a soldier and you refuse to go, you were sent aside to a military camp. You don't participate in the operation, you are not punished. Half of the troops cuba sent to angol were a reservist who had done their military duty and then joined live.
