Menstrual Leave Is Important

I have very mixed feelings about menstrual leave and paid menstrual leave because I think that we've seen examples in the world, especially in South Korea, Japan. It's this double edged sword where if you been shrine into law that men's shooters are maybe less able to work 25% of the time, it becomes a consideration in decision makers who in this patriarchal world are mostly non-menstrators. But yeah, I honestly like I celebrate menstrual leave in terms of,. I think it's so great that we're having the conversation, but it makes me nervous...it also limits a lot of possibilities.
