There's a pain of the relationships becoming sort of superficial and transactional. And it takes experienceing a different kind of way of showing up to go like, oh, wow. I didn't even know that i was missing, missing this. We should ideally make people identical, yet a workers should be these cogs in the machine, because then they will do their best job. That's when really productive work starts to starts.
