Is There a Vaccine for Melanoma?

A new study is looking at the gut microbioms of people with advanced melonoma, which did not respond well to a muno therapy. Of those 15 who had not had any success previous six of them, after getting a fecal transplant, showed reduction in tumors and disease stabilision that lasted more than a year. That was like, hugely promising. But then ther pl people have died. So i read a study bit like why there needs to be like a i coeres eyes me, like, it's not a panacea. Can you goot?
