I love that. I just had a podcast with Ryan Bant to coaches track and Missouri is talking about his freshman sprinters. He starts them all on like the 400 hurdles. Like that's his base to build decathletes, if you will. A triple jump isn't in every state, but I think about triple jump putting that in there too. You know, it's like, if you could triple jump do hurdles and you have some speed endurance on a foundation of speed, like you're in a pretty good place.
