When the pandemic started, my o c d did not like it. It was making me scared all the time. And eventually i just wrote a letter to it and recorded it out loud so that people could hear how i was talking to it. I think the more that you can personify is your o c d, the more you can think of it as an entity that is within you, but is not you. Your relationship with it will change over time.
