The Gospel of Mary
The gospel of mary has been found in different fragments. It exists in a coptic version and two bits of greek. One assumes it's mary magdalen, but there has been some debate about who this mary is. She really presents to the male apostles a vision that she's had an encounter with the risen c. They're both encouraged on one hand, but they're also sceptical about whether or not jesus would have spoken to her as a woman. Says, very curious symptoms of the gender dynamics.
